7 essential principles to get unstoppable energy to reach your life and business goals every day. 

Understand how to have a perfect relationship with yourself and create a healthy spirit, mind, and body through lasting lifestyle changes. Develop a practical action plan of strategies to upshift your mindset, habits, and health while cultivating purpose in your life.

1.  Conscious Breathing* & Lympasizing

The body has trillions of cells that need oxygen. Optimal oxygenation of your cells through proper nutrition, fluid intake, exercise, and stress management is a crucial step in how to have a healthy body and create a vital life. That’s why conscious breathing is massively crucial to a powerful living. Lymphasize through exercise and conscious movement to clean out and nourish your body. Research shows that exercise that involves opposing gravity does the most for your lymphatic system, cleansing your cells.

2.  Water & Live Foods

Clean water is an essential and major component of all living matter. Our brains are 76% water, lungs 90%, blood 84%, and blood plasma is 98% water. Digestion, circulation, and excretion depend on clean water every day. Drink 50% of your body weight in ounces.  Strive for at least 70% of your diet to consist of water-rich foods.

3. Essential Fats

Every cell in your body requires essential fatty acids to function, particularly your brain, which is made up of 60% fat. The secret to a healthy mind and body is to know which fats are healthy and which fats are damaging. These good fats consist of the essential fatty acids: Omega-3 and Omega-6. Your body must consume these fats to survive. Without them, the lipid membrane around your cells starts to break down. You may eat organic olives or use oil, avocado, coconut, and sunflower.

4. Alkalinity for correct PH level

Balanced body chemistry is a proper ratio between acid and alkaline foods in your diet.  Too much acidity in the body’s tissues is the cause of many types of health challenges ranging from lethargy and fatigue to obesity, and ultimately too much bigger health issues and disease. A perfect PH level is 7.35-7.45. One of the highest priorities for your body is to make sure that the alkalinity remains at a level supporting cellular life. 

5. Aerobic Excercise 

Your aerobic (oxygen) system gives you your endurance, and it encompasses the heart, lungs, blood vessels, and aerobic muscles. Exercise and depression are related. Researchers have concluded that exercise therapy is generally as beneficial as antidepressant therapy for major depression and is clearly vital in learning how to have a healthy body.

6. Maximum strength

The human body is designed for motion, and the power of structural alignment and maximum strength is designed to take charge of the motion-powered musculoskeletal system, one of the primary foundations and frameworks for human health and the systems that support it.

7. Mind & Heart

For 1000+ years, alternative medicine has focused on a natural, internal ability of the body to raise its resistance, fight disease and create health. The answer is in the mind. If utilized and directed effectively, our thoughts, emotions, and mindset can be one of the most potent allies toward mitigating disease and manifesting energy and vitality.

My Firm Recommendation

For over 20 years I have been eating an 80% plant-based, raw food diet with no animal proteins. I have cut out 90& dairy and all highly processed food. This doesn’t work for everybody but for me, it was the only way to feel great, light, bright, function at optimum performance throughout the day, and sleep peacefully at night. 

Just Breathe*

You can use my simple breathing technique to practice offering yourself love while also tending to assist others. This will help you feel connected with others while still tending to your own life.

  • Close your eyes, turn inward as you sit down in a comfortable and quiet place. Take a few deep, cleansing breaths.
  • Imagine that you’re breathing directly into the heart and out from the heart. Take several breaths in and out of the heart.
  • On the next inhale, imagine that you’re filling your heart with healing warmth and light. This warmth and light will expand your heart while bathing yourself in self-love and compassion.
  • Next, begin to also focus on the exhale, and send that warmth and light out to someone with whom you’d like to feel connected.
  • Continue breathing in and out of the heart, alternating between offering yourself compassion and sending out love and compassion for someone else.
